Mass executions are these days something of a rarity, or at least they are away from military conflict zones, where the justice meted out is so often summary.
Iran is a notable exception to this general rule, yet international media coverage of the country focusses on its military and geopolitical threats to other states. Since the mass demonstrations following the rigged re-election one year ago of president Mahmoud the Mad, we’ve heard barely a peep about internal political dissent and human rights abuses in Iran.
And all the while the Tehran regime continues to murder its citizens. It hangs them slowly from cranes in bunches of a dozen and more, in macabre demonstrations of Persian efficiency.
